Thanks keshav for such a great advise. I think the cause is the webhost because the site it loading at  areasonable time at first hand and the next mintues is become slow (say 1hr to 3 hr and sometimes it just occurred a fews mins then the speed come back to normal again the next mins). This issue occurred intermitently in between and it has been going on and off during the past few months. Do you know any technique to verify the fact the cause happened at the webhost end...appreciate your help!!
