How do I receive Paypal Money if I dont have a paypal account?
So I bought something on ebay but I wasn't satisfied with my purchase so I returned it. I just got an email stating that my payment has been refunded through Paypal and was given the receipt number and everything. But the problem is, I don't even have a Paypal account! So I decided to make a Paypal account but now I don't know what to do to put the money in there because my balance still says $0.00. Can someone help me please?

If you have account with 2checkout, then you can bring the funds from Paypal.

The seller will need the mail address using which you have register with Paypal, so email the seller and tell him to put money back in your Paypal account.
Check out your credit card balance ,if your are using a credit card with Paypal then refund should have gone back to the card. .

If you don’t have a paypal account then the refund you were given may be a faux. If you do not have an account then the seller would have no way of directing the money to you. I suggest that you contact the seller so that you can resolve the issue. How did you pay the seller anyway? Maybe you could use that payment option as well.

I think it is better to discuss with them. There are many option to receive money. You can apply another method which your sender's are agree.

I think you should discuss the matter with the seller and request him to solve your problem and send you money using another way like cheque, wire transfer, western union etc.

2Checkout mehtod is second best policy and third one is plimus account. But latter one is less acceptable.

You just need to setup a pay pal account which is free and then the payment can be made to the account which you can then withdraw to your bank account.

How could the seller return the fund to your paypal account when you don't have one. Talk to the seller because you may have misunderstood each other.

Maybe they return it to the e-mail address that you used since they assumed that you got paypal account. I agree that you should ask ebay about your problem and maybe they will resolved your problem. Hope that helps..
