Error need help for this!!!!
This is the error code how is shown wenn i go on the page. The installing was succesfull. and the page works but this error.

What does it means and how i can make it away?

Check Whether all the Read/ write permissions are enabled. here it seems that the base directory has restricted to the open function.
and also check the path for all the given urls. here index.tpl.html is not in the specified path.
