Hello,
my company installed the Webasyst Helpdesk product on a shared hosting.
We got it running alright, after some initial hassles about ports, priviliges and such,
but it seems to have distinct memory usage problems on our hosting (or that's what they seem to me).
Our hosting only allows 32MB and 30 seconds script execution time.
But often (this is with no heavy attachments or images) simple browsing inside the application will result in session expired, especially since the script started retrieving and replying to emails as well.
I know from the specs that 32MB is the absolute minimum running memory.
But if it does this occasionally with just me logged in, what will it do with 10 or with 100 users (which are a likely estimate).
So, lenghty and wordy premise aside,
does anyone know what is the recommended memory to run the application with say 10? 100? 200 users? How does it scale?
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

I would recommend you contacting WebAsyst support team to have the "session expired" issue resolved. It could be not insufficient memory what causes it.
