I dont use any software yet but i am planning to have one, i think software are best to keep data of your customers and approach them without any delay and we can provide them solution more effectively

the best is a programed auto responder, that can do just about anything you can do in a reply email, and later you can follow up on your own if need be, but the customer gets what he/she needs 24/7, there are many hosting companies that have it in there hosting packages, or you can buy it, google it you might find us or others

you can also get from us or anyone Microsoft outlook with contact manager, but you have to reply to all your self
