Replace an element

This is all new to me. How do I replace an element in the main content in simple mode. The tutorial video is a bit confusing.

Re: Replace an element

Drag an existing element to the Recycle Bin area, then select the desired element in the right-hand column, click on Embed in template, drag&drop it to the desired location, and click on Save template.

Be careful what you wish for — you might get it.

Re: Replace an element

When I click on embed in template under Main Content I only get the same image that is already there. I have a different image I would like to embed. How do I get the correct image to appear as the one I would like to embed in the Main Content?

Re: Replace an element

"Main content" means anything appearing in the middle of the storefront. What exactly (and where) do you need to change?

Re: Replace an element

Our website guy and I were in the middle of redesigning our site when he was let go. He customized the tableware theme to match our design as far as the header, and side navigation but didn't get to the main content. I am not experienced in code which he was. Here is a snapshot of our current site and our new design with the circled area being what I need to change.

Re: Replace an element

If you are speaking about the home page, then you can edit its appearance under the Home page tab in your design editor and write your style rules in the CSS section.
